Demo Program

Welcom to the Grand Slam Tennis Store demo program. We have demos from all the major brands (Head, Prince, Volkl, Babolat, etc.) available for testing right now! Please call us at (877) 206-9045 and let us know what you are looking for.

Here are a few simple guidelines for the Demo Program that help to make sure that all our customers get a chance to test the racquets:

1. You may demo up to three racquets at a time.
2. There is no charge for testing the racquets but you do pay for shipping the racquets to you and back to Grand Slam Tennis Store.
3. We ship out the racquets FedEx 2-day. When you receive the racquets, there will be a FedEx sticker in the box. When you are done using the racquets, simply tape up the box with the racquets, put the FedEx label on the outside of the package and drop it off at a FedEx drop-off location. Go to www.fedex.com for the nearest location.
4. The shipping cost can range from $11-$25 depending on where we are shipping the racquets to.
5. You are allowed to keep the racquets for up to 5 days. This means that if you receive the racquets on Friday. You are expected to ship the racquets back to us on Wednesday. (Friday does not count as one of your days.) If your fifth day falls on a Sunday, please ship the racquets out on Monday.
6. We do charge a late fee of $2 per racquet, per day. If you are 10 days late and we have not heard from you, we will charge your credit card for the full price of the racquet(s).
