Grand Slam Tennis Store Offers Customers a "No Risk Return Policy"

All the products we sell are selected by our experienced staff, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. Racquets must still have the plastic cover on the handle. Also, the racquet must not have been used in any way, such as ball fuzz on the string, or scratches on the bumper guard. Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs.

In order to return an unused item, you will need to call our customer service line at (877) 206-9045 and ask for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please make sure to include the RA# on the returned box. Please return all items to the following address:

All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

Please note that all sales are final on apparel items found in the Sale category and/or marked as a CLOSEOUT item.

When a product is returned for which MPC points were earned and your money is refunded, those points earned on that purchase are thereby forfeited and deducted from your account.

If a free item is given as part of a promotion or special offer with the purchase of an item, that free item must be returned along with the purchased item in the event of a return. If the free item is not included with the returned item, the full retail value of that free item will be withheld when the refund for the purchased product is issued.
